Just in time as we are just starting with our new training project, where you can be part of intensive training program which will prepare you to take up the job of Project Management Officer.
You will go through comprehensive training where you will learn practical aspects of project management and latest tools and techniques needed in daily work of Project Manager.
Apart from theoretical preparation and practical exercises you will be able to develop your soft skills making project team management easier and at the
same time allowing you to deal with day to day issues more
smoothly.
Training
About the training
The training will be conducted online in the evenings and weekends for the period of 2 months and is completely free of charge.
Our trainers are real practitioners working on large projects withing Atos Poland Global Services. They will pass you the knowledge supported by real life examples from IT world.
What is important, if you finish the training with positive result, you will be given the opportunity to join our PMO team (contract of employment).
This will allow you to make the first step towards developing into Manager in IT. Remote work from any place in Poland will allow you to quickly develop your skills and promotion in corporate ladder.
Knowledge
Training will consist
of 6 main elements:
Introduction to planning
In this part you will learn project planning basics and get familiar with Microsoft Project as a main planning tool.
Project Execution Elements
In this part you will get familiar with project execution elements preparing you to take active part in the PMO team even you had no experience so far.
Financials
In this part we will show you how project financials look like. You will learn how to monitor and report project costs to stay within budget.
Team management and communication
In this part you will master team communication and make remote work as effective as possible.
Governance
In this ae you will learn how to build correct project structure within corporate environment and get familiar with rules running the organization.
